Cancellation Policy

Dance Class Waiver and Release of Liability I, the client, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in dance classes offered by 56ReadyGo, located in Missouri. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the dance classes provided by 56ReadyGo, I agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in dance classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the dance classes. Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue 56ReadyGo, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or relating to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, disability, death, property damage, or any other harm, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in the dance classes or any related activities. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, expenses, losses, or causes of action, including attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or related to my participation in the dance classes or any breach of this waiver. Medical Treatment Authorization: I authorize 56ReadyGo and its representatives to obtain medical treatment for me in the event of any injury or medical emergency that may arise during my participation in the dance classes, and I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with any such medical treatment. Binding Effect: I understand that this waiver and release of liability shall be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Governing Law: This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri. I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
